• Run system reports.

• Ensure all charts and notes reviewed are in accordance with company, state, and client policies.

• Keep department spreadsheets up to date with your work.

• Address all Emails to the department inbox daily.

• Process all order requests daily, follow up via phone, Email, and/or text until approved.

• Follow up on saved and scheduled Re-assessment visits.

• Provide clinician education in accordance with company methodology.

• Coordinate with the QA Supervisor via chat, Email, and weekly meetings.

• Escalate cases to the QA Supervisor according to department guidelines

• Coordinate with other assistants within your department.

• Coordinate with the Accounting department to ensure invoices are cleared for payment.
